Awesome experience in every way! I test drove quite a few models and makes and always ended up liking the Avenger LUX 2011 the best. The color, the feel, the features, the interior, how it felt, etc. My salesperson, Dave, was very thorough in walking me through all the features before I made my final decision and after. It was a 3 week process as I wanted to drive several different makes and model, but the Avenger and Westgate remained at the top of my list after every experience.Bluenme

Not very long after the purchase, I was happily shocked to receive a certificate to have my first oil change for FREE; and the experience was pleasant and efficient! Unfortunately, I recently hit a deer and will have to visit the service department for repairs. I hope to have the same great service for this as I did with the purchase and the express oil change center! See you soon!LBA

My salesperson, Dave, took his time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. All phases of my experience at Westgate were 5 Star!! The more I drive my Avenger, the more I like it; my only regret is no navigation.Chris

I bought my first car from here (2012 Charger). The experience was great, the people were great. If you want an awesome sales agent who will do everything he can to get you the car you want, ask for Bay. He knew what he was talking about and had all the answers to my questions. He pointed at an upgraded Charger and said, "how you do like that one?" My response was, "there is not way I could afford that." Next thing I know I am driving off in that exact Charger. Richard Rusch and Daniel Watson were excellent salesmen at helping me out. This is the first dealership that I have stumbled accross where the sales staff don't have that typical pushy attitude. Eric Line noticed my fiance and I looking at vehicles, he helped us find a nice new Jeep, closed the sale quickly for us with a good deal and a Jeep equiped as we needed. Service department installed a couple extra parts for us, they were concerned that we were satisfied with the appearance and workmanship. When my fiancee and I arrived all of the paperwork on the car we wanted was complete. We only needed to test drive the vehicle and give our references. Went browsing new minivans last year. Stopped by Westgate to look around, but they did not have exactly what we were looking for on the lot. We spoke with Bob Davidson later, whom we have worked in the past, and he found us what we wanted and delivered to the lot in no time! Bob has never let us down and is always great to work with. I was also impressed by the gentleman who helped us with the financing and paperwork. We did not feel pressured at all by anyone and were on the road with our new van quickly! We decided on a 2003 T&C, very satisified with it. That is probably what made the sale more than anything else!! It was up to us to decide and even though we took alot of his time he was very curteous and professional.
